From time to time  your details may change, for example you might move home, get married or even simply change your telephone number. Where this occurs it is important that you let the Surgery know so that we can update our records accordingly and be able to contact you quickly should we ever need to.

You can let us know by telephone or when you next visit the surgery whichever is most convenient for you but the sooner we have your new details the better.

Alternatively, if you have registered for "Patient Access", you can let us know of any changes via a PC or any other device that you use to access the internet, for example a mobile phone. Please ask our Reception staff if you would like to know more about the "Patient Access" service.
