Travel Vaccinations

The Practice offers appointments with the Practice Nurse for patients wishing to be given travel vaccinations. A twenty minute appointment will be required and can be booked in person at the surgery or by telephoning the surgery you usually attend. Patients will need to complete a Holiday Vaccination form prior to attending for their appointment.
