Repeat prescriptions require 48 hours notice in writing please, either by using the re-order form provided with your last prescription or by letter.

Please do not telephone with your request unless housebound as this can block our telephone lines unnecessarily.

With effect from 22 July 2013 patients who have registered for PATIENT ACCESS will be able to request Repeat prescriptions from a PC or any other device they use to access the internet, for example a mobile phone. If you would like to use this service please ask our Reception staff who will provide you with a letter which will give you all the details you will need to create a PATIENT ACCESS account at home via the appropriate website. Please remember you will need to let the Receptionist know your e-mail address and mobile phone number for our records.
